Do you operate year round?
We operate 10 months with a 2-month break, normally mid-January to mid-March.
Is heating or air conditioning available at the venue?
Yes, we have air conditioning for those hot summer days and heat for cool days/evenings and winter events.
What is the capacity of the venue?
Up to 240 is the preferred capacity if more is needed the caterer and food lines can be moved to the lower level which increases capacity to 300.
Can we use our own caterer?
YES! By all means, we want your day to be what YOU want.
Can we bring our own liquor?
No carry-in whatsoever, all alcohol has to be supplied by a caterer who provides a bartender with a permit and licenses to serve.
When can we arrive to setup?
Arrival time is dependent upon which Venue option you choose, for example, if you choose option 1 that is a 2-day option, so you have a Friday and Saturday, you may arrive by 8 am on Friday.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but only during the time that they have an active part in the wedding ceremony and reception.
What's the cancellation or refund policy?
If you cancel 7 months before the event all monies except for $200 will be refunded.
If you cancel 4 months before the event half the cost of the venue will be refunded.
If you cancel 1-3 months before the event none of the monies will be refunded.
